Our Story

A Legacy Rooted in Trust Since 1971

The Siddhi group began in 1971 as Kankaria Tea Company, cultivating a tea garden of more than 200 acres and a reputation for quality in the food and beverage sector.

In 2006 the group brought that same care to real estate, with a clear aim: to set new benchmarks and build new landmarks in Indore and Central India. It began with Siddhi Greens in Mhow, went on to create the district's first gated condominium, Siddhi Solitaire, and then moved to Indore's Super Corridor with Siddhi Four Seasons and Scape IT Park.

Today, Siddhi Olympia is the group's most ambitious project — a perfect mélange of classical glory and contemporary luxury. Every project is built on the same foundations: a customer-first approach, transparent dealings and relationships that last.
