Indore Metro Reaches Super Corridor: What It Means for Homebuyers

24 September 2026·Location & Infrastructure

For years, Super Corridor was the part of Indore that people drove to — for work at the IT campuses, for flights at the airport, or to look at new homes. In September 2026 that changed. Indore Metro’s Yellow Line now serves the Super Corridor stations, and the corridor is joined to Vijay Nagar and the city by rail.

What opened, and when

The Yellow Line started operations on a 6 km priority stretch on 31 May 2025. Its second priority section, running from Super Corridor 2 to Radisson Square, was inaugurated on 5 September 2026, and regular passenger service began the next day.

When the full line is complete it will run for about 33.5 km with 29 stations, from Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Terminal to the airport. Several of those stations sit on Super Corridor itself.

Why transit matters for property

Across Indian cities, homes and offices within easy reach of a metro line tend to attract more buyers and tenants, because daily travel becomes cheaper and more predictable. Three effects are worth watching on Super Corridor:

  • Easier commutes. People working in Vijay Nagar or the city centre can now consider living on the corridor, and vice versa.
  • Wider tenant pool for offices. Staff without cars can reach IT parks and office buildings on the corridor by metro.
  • More reasons to build. Better transit usually brings schools, clinics, shops and restaurants that make a neighbourhood complete.

Where Siddhi Olympia fits

Siddhi Olympia is at Limboda Gari, about 900 m off the Super Corridor main road, with the TCS and Infosys campuses around five minutes away and the airport around fifteen. The metro adds one more way to move between home, work and the rest of Indore.

For office buyers, Scape IT Park sits on the corridor directly behind the Infosys campus — close to both the IT employers and the new transit line.

A word of caution

Infrastructure is a long-term story. Station access roads, feeder buses and last-mile links take time to mature, and prices depend on many factors beyond transit. Visit the area, check travel times at the hours you would actually travel, and verify every project’s approvals and RERA registration before you decide.
